At Ladder 2 Rise, we work with young people who face significant barriers to success—barriers that no one should have to overcome alone. Many of the youth we serve come from underserved communities, are part of the child welfare system, or are new immigrants trying to find their place in a new world. These young people often lack access to the tools, opportunities, and support systems that many take for granted.
