L2Rise Living is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for students living away from home. We provide holistic services—ranging from wellbeing check-ins to career and cultural integration support—ensuring students have the resources and support they need when they need it. More broadly we provide guardians with the peace of mind they need when sending their young adult off to school away from home.
Our vision is to be a transformative space where students experience a sense of home, belonging, and support, enabling them to thrive academically, personally, and socially in their journey far from home.
Accessible Residential Housing
For students within walking proximity to the main college and University in Durham Region (Durham College and Ontario Tech University)
Bi-weekly Wellbeing Check Ins
General wellbeing support check in with students to ensure they are positively integrated, have required information and clear on their next steps. Respond to any questions they may have and help them to navigate.
Intercultural Integration Support
What to know, support to navigate services and supports (Health, education and wellbeing resources) , assistance to connect students to community resources or programs for key issues, confidential support and consultation for life related concerns
Educational Support
Advocacy support to navigate academic support and resources. Assistance to address key education related concerns and support needs.
Emergency Support Navigation Assistance
Support to triage and assist students with urgent or high risk concerns
Health Related Navigation Support
Support to students in navigating health and wellbeing related support needs - including navigating the Canadian Health Care system, support to navigating school or community support services etc.

Separate Walk up entrance in a beautiful detached home in North Oshawa.
Includes Internet, Cable TV, Access to Laundry, Furnished living space (couches, TV, Kitchen appliances and utensils, TV in living room).
Accessible and within proximity to everything our students will need (Grocery, Gym, Movies, Restaurants.. You name it, it's at your doorstep)!
